These Terms apply to the website quickdealmalta.com ("Quick Deal Malta", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What Quick Deal Malta is

Quick Deal Malta is a free online classifieds platform where users can post ads to sell, buy or swap items in Malta and Gozo. We are not a party to any sale or swap. Every agreement is made directly between users. We do not own, inspect or guarantee the items listed.

2. Who can use the website

• You can browse ads without an account.
• To post ads or send messages you must create an account and be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person. Keep your password secret: you are responsible for what happens with your account.
• The information you give us (name, email, phone) must be true and up to date.

3. Ads and content you post

• You must own the item, or have the right to sell or swap it, and describe it honestly (condition, defects, price).
• Your photos and texts must be your own, or you must have permission to use them.
• By posting, you allow us to show your ad and photos on the website and to share the ad link on social media to promote it. You keep ownership of your content.
• We may edit the category of an ad, or remove ads, that break these Terms, without notice.

4. Forbidden items and behaviour

You must not post or do any of the following:

• Illegal items, stolen goods, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, medicines, alcohol or tobacco sold illegally, live animals where the law forbids it, or adult content.
• Fake ads, scams, requests for payment in advance for items that do not exist, or ads only to collect personal data.
• Spam, the same ad many times, or ads for other websites.
• Harassment, insults, discrimination or threats.
• Collecting other users' phone numbers or emails for spam or marketing.
• Attempts to hack, overload or copy the website.

5. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or delete an account, or remove content, if we reasonably believe the user broke these Terms or the law, or to protect other users. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

6. Deals between users

Payment, delivery, returns and any disputes are between buyer and seller (or between the two people swapping). Please read our Safety Tips. If you are a victim of fraud, report it to us and to the Malta Police.

7. Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the website working and safe, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for:

• the quality, safety, legality or existence of the items listed;
• the behaviour of users, or losses from deals between users;
• losses caused by events outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Maltese and EU law, or our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to other websites (for example Google or social networks). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy rules.

9. Intellectual property

The name Quick Deal Malta, the logo and the design of the website belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Privacy

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date. If the changes are important we will tell registered users by email or on the website.

12. Complaints, law and courts

If you have a problem, please write to us first at [email protected]: we will try to solve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without removing any right a consumer has to go to the courts of their own EU country.
